We started out doing repair work. Most of the early calls were the same: a driveway four or five years old with a dip at the garage door, or a walkway that had lifted at one end and stayed there. Lifting other people's work teaches you quickly what fails and why, and it is almost never the stone.
It is the base. Not enough of it, or the right amount put down in one lift and rolled over once so the bottom half never compacted. Water finds the soft spot, winter opens it up, and by the third spring the surface is telling on whoever built it.
So we built the company around the part nobody sees. We dig deeper than the quote strictly requires, compact in layers thin enough to actually compact, and sort out where water is going before a single paver comes off the pallet. It is slower. It is why we are not the cheapest quote you will get.
Everything else follows from that. We run our own crews because subcontractors get paid by the job and the fastest way to finish a job is to skip the part nobody can see. We take one project at a time because two half-finished driveways help nobody. And we put the price in writing before anyone starts, because a number that moves once the machine is in your driveway was never really a quote.

Anyone can say they are reliable. These are the specific promises we make, and you are welcome to hold us to every one.
One job at a time
Your property is not a place we park a machine between other people's projects. Once we start, the crew is on site every working day until the site is swept and the sand is set.
The price in the contract is the price
Quotes are fixed and itemised, with the base depth and the stone named. If we hit something genuinely unforeseen underground we stop and show you before anything changes, and you decide.
No deposit until you have a start date
We do not collect money to sit on a waiting list. The deposit comes when the calendar has your name on it and you know which week we are arriving.
You get the person who quoted the job
The same person who measured your driveway runs the crew that builds it. Nothing gets lost between the estimate and the excavation because there is nobody in between.

We work across Vaughan and the surrounding York Region municipalities, from Woodbridge and Maple through to Kleinburg and Thornhill. Installations run April through late November, weather permitting.
